FEES?

The cost is £35.00 per session. A session lasts for 50 minutes.
We offer a FREE 30 minute initial meeting. This enables us to meet each other and assess whether we are both happy to continue. If you do decide you want to come again we ask for the fee for the first session to be paid at the time of booking.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

We offer short or long term counselling. How long you continue in counselling is ultimately your decision. We will offer you regular reviews on how you think you are getting on and plan with you to continue or end your counselling accordingly.

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

We both offer daytime and evening appointments. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

WHAT KIND OF ISSUES ARE YOU QUALIFIED TO HELP ME WITH?

We are qualified to help with most of the problems we might face in life such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, low self esteem, abuse, trauma, domestic violence, eating disorders, drug and alcohol concers, gambling, bereavement and work issues. Please see the section "QUALIFICATIONS" for more details.

IS THERE ANYBODY THAT YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO WORK WITH?

We are both trained to work with individual clients who are 16 years and above. We are committed to help you but if we felt that your particular need or issue would be better met by another type of counsellor or agency we would discuss this with you at our initial appointment.

WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY?

As professional counsellors we take confidentiality extremely seriously. There are some rare exceptions to us offering you complete confidentiality and these will be discussed in full with you at our initial meeting.

We are based in Farnham and Aldershot on the borders of Hampshire and Surrey and are easily accessible from Camberley, Farnborough, Fleet, Lightwater, Sandhurst, Basingstoke, Godalming, Guildford, Woking, Liphook and Bordon.
We offer comfortable and private rooms at both venues.
