If you are in the process of making a decision about counselling and/or looking for a suitable counsellor or supervisor, we hope our website is helpful to you.
You may be asking yourself, "Is counselling the right thing for me to do?" You may be feeling embarrassed about seeking help. You may be sure you want to see a counsellor but are unsure about how to choose the right person for you. All of these situations and considerations are totally understandable and our hope is that by reading on, it will help you to resolve your uncertainties and make an informed decision about where to go from here.
Our names are Ian Wright and Jan Runham. We are both professionally trained and fully qualified counsellors with a wide range of experience in helping people with many of the difficulties that we can be faced with in life. Please refer to the section on "Qualifications" for further details.
We are based in Farnham and at the Milford GP Surgery on the borders of Hampshire and Surrey and are easily accessible from Camberley, Farnborough, Fleet, Lightwater, Sandhurst, Basingstoke, Godalming, Guildford, Woking, Liphook and Bordon.
